Commissioner for Oaths
Need a document sworn, or a declaration or affidavit witnessed? A solicitor in our office can do this for you. No appointment needed.

- Please bring valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, and your document unsigned. You sign it in front of the solicitor.

What we don’t handle

- Family law, such as divorce, separation, custody or maintenance
- Criminal law
- Legal aid cases or advice without a fee
